South Tama fresh/soph football teams opened their season on Friday, August 25 against the Grinnell Tigers. The Tigers defeated STC 12-6.

“Our players gave a solid effort in this game. We did a lot of things well, but also made some typical game one mistakes that we will be looking to clean up over the coming weeks,” said coach Nate Van Dyke
