Ranae Kramer

Renae Kramer has joined the Dirks Real Estate firm in Toledo as a salesperson. She received her license in August, 2015, and successfully sold a home just two weeks later, with she notes, the assistance of Dave and Harlan Dirks.

“It just came up as an opportunity and I didn’t have to have five years of college,” Kramer said of her new endeavor.

However, as part of the requirements for obtaining her Iowa real estate sales license she attend three weekends of training in Waterloo and also took 36 hours of continuing education credit.

She is a 1987 graduate of south Tama High School.

Kramer said, “I enjoy doing it and look forward to the work.” She is a member of the Mid-Iowa Regional Board of Realtors.

Renae will continue as the manager of the Twin Town Liquor Store in Toledo, a position she has held for 12 years.

When not busy working, Renae says she is an avid reade and she and her husband John, enjoy camping at Lake Rathbun.

Dave Dirks is broker-owner of Dirks Real Estate. His father, Harlan Dirks, is a broker-associate and Rose Anaya is also a salesperson. The firm offers a full-line of real estate sales and listing services including farms, commercial property and homes. Harlan Dirks founded the firm in Toledo in 1959.
