Unless you’re a hermit hiding out somewhere in this vast country of ours, you know “what’s what and who’s who.” The first question that heeds your answer is….”Did you vote?” A little over half of registered Americans did not. Can you imagine going into a restaurant, receiving a menu from the waitress and you begin trying to decide just what you want and are hungry for? You look up and down the menu, not exactly sure what you want and then the waitress brings you a spinach salad, fish sandwich and a glass of chocolate milk. You say to the waitress, “Ah, excuse me. I haven’t ordered yet.” She responds politely that the person a few tables away figured this is what you wanted, so he ordered it for you. Would you be happy? Of course not. But that’s the way it is for those who didn’t vote. Someone ordered for you.

Ok, The Donald is our President-Elect! Not only that, he will have a Republican majority in both the Senate and the House of Representatives. For the next two years for sure!! So, now what? Conservatives have been whining and complaining for the pasts eight years and now the ball is in their court. Gadzooks! Holy Moly! Jumpin’ Criminy! Haruuumph! Like I just asked……now what?

Trump’s in and according to the “Crystal Ball in Chelsea,” here’s seven things President Trump must get started in his first hundred days. And he better accomplish several of them in these first two years. Here they are in no particular order of importance……they’re all important!!

1. He must, must, must start making America great again. That was his theme. We have a lot of problems and it’s time to get the USA back on top again.

2. Gulp! He said he was gonna build a wall on the southern border, so Mr. Trump, roll up your sleeves, put the hard hat on and start building.

3. Fix the broken Department of Veteran Affairs. Fix the VA hospitals. Treat all of our Veterans the right way. No falling through the cracks.

4. STOP ISIS–NOW! You sounded big and tough on the campaign trail. Now let’s “DO IT.” The American People are behind you.

5. Somehow, someway, fix The Affordable Health Care Act. Don’t ask me how, Mr. Trump. You talked a lot about this too.

6. Start working on our flawed immigration system. It’s been talked about for twenty-five years or longer. It’s time. First get rid of every single convicted aggravated felon and secondly put an end to sanctuary cities. PERIOD!

7. I don’t know much about this one, but start making good international trade deals. You’re proud of being a great deal maker. Make us proud here.

Finally, when it’s time to appoint Supreme Court Justices, make sure they adhere to ou Constitution AND that they strive valiantly to protect all life…..from the womb to the grave!!
