Pamela Burkle, daughter of Joyce Anthony and the late Clifford Anthony. and Michael Dostal, son of the late Bernard and Audrey Dostal, both of Brooklyn were united in marriage on July 9, 2016

The double ring ceremony was held at the Madison Church of Christ, rural Brooklyn, with Brian Chitwood officiating. The bride was escorted by her uncle Ray Van Norden, rural Chelsea.

Sandy Yeager, cousin of the bride was matron of honor. Ron Gitautis, friend of the groom was best man. Flower girl and guest book attendant was Blake Webber, cousin of the bride. Candle lighter and guest book attendant was Maria Burkle, daughter of the bride. Ushers were Luke and Casey Burkle, sons of the bride and Jay and Matthew Yeager, nephews of the bride.

The bride wore a white sundress with a crocheted bodice and a white bolero with gold and gray sequins and a gold and gray beaded necklace. The veil was flowered with sequined edges. Her bouquet was blue hydrangeas, white roses, mini calla lillies and peonies.

The groom wore a blue, longsleeved shirt with black tie and slacks.

Joyce Anthony, mother of the bride wore a teal, knee legnth dress.

A reception was held at the church. Servers were: Edie Seye, friend of the couple, Iris Anthony, sister-in-law of the bride and Connie Kasal, aunt of the bride. Holly Lash, Margery Devilder and Marlene Williams assisted.

Following a brief honeymoon in Toledo, Iowa the couple returned to their home in Brooklyn, Iowa.
