Justin Tharp and Chelsea Hessenius

Ron and Julie Hessenius, Vinton, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsea Hessenius, to Justin Tharp, son of Linda and Ed Felts, Dysart, and Bill and Susan Tharp, Vinton.

Chelsea is a 2009 graduate of Vinton-Shellsburg High School and is currently employed as a Communications Specialist at the Benton County Sheriff’s Office. Justin graduated from Union High School in La Porte City in 2006 and is working for Modern Piping in Cedar Rapids awaiting his apprenticeship with the Local 125 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union.

A September wedding is planned in Vinton.
