Summer Tekippe and Andrew Collier

Jim and Pam Tekippe of Denver, Colo., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Summer Brianne to Andrew Denis Collier, son of Alfard Collier of San Diego, Calif. and Susan Saunders of Glen Mills, Pa.

Summer is a 2002 graduate of South Tama County High School, a 2006 graduate of Mount Mercy University and a 2010 graduate of the University of San Diego. She currently works at Family Health Centers of San Diego as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Drew is a 2004 graduate of Kingsway High School in Swedesboro, NJ and a 2008 graduate of Wingate University. He currently works as the VP of Operations for Westwood Flooring and is working towards his Master’s degree in Information Systems at Northwestern University.

The wedding is planned for Aug. 2, 2014 in San Diego, Calif. The couple will continue to reside in San Diego.
