Derek Lacina and Katie Romine

Mr. and Mrs. John Romine of Cedar Rapids announce the engagement of their daughter, Katie Chrsitine Romine to Derek Francis Lacina, son of Annette and Donald Lacina of Tama.

The future bride graduated from Iowa State University, with a bachelor degree in management marketing. She is employed as a manager at Kingland in Ames.

The future groom is currnetly pursuing his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at Iowa state University.

A June 1, 2013, wedding is planned at the Harvest Vineyard Church, Ames.
