Richard and Diane Novak

Richard and Diane Novak of Tama will be celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary with a family trip to the Wisconsin Dells.

The couple was married on April 20, 1974, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Tama. They have lived in Tama their entire married life except for the first six months when they lived in Marshalltown.

Richard is employed at the Iowa Juvenile Home and Diane is a group day care provider. The couple continues to enjoy many activities together including going to the Meskwaki Casino, traveling around the country and spending time with their grandchildren and children. The couple has also recently started boating again.

Their children are Rich and KatieNovak, Bloomington,Ill., John and Becky Novak, Toledo, Emily and Jason Babinat, Tama and Chrissy and Shane Ecklor, Marshalltown.

Their grandchildren are Gabe, Ethan and Alex Babinat and Annie and Chad Ecklor.
