John Sheda.

This is my advice from a fellow STC classmate, (class of ’69).

Here’s What I’ve Learned!

**** HERE IS JOHN’S ADVICE ****

1….First & foremost, BE KIND; Be friendly; say things like; please, thank you, I’m sorry, you look so nice today, you did a great job; I’m so proud of you; etc etc.

2. Family is everything. If you don’t have a family, find one to adopt. We need family. They (along with God) are our support system.

3. You are not the CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE. Life is not Burger King, you don’t to have it your way….

4. You & only you are responsible for your life. No excuses, no blame, feeling sorry for self, no whining; Please make the most of your life. You only get one chance.

5. Every once in a while, take a week off and just add up how much money you just fritter away on stuff. the rule: 10-10-80 rule.

6. LIFE IS NOT FAIR. THE SOONER YOU REALIZE THIS THE BETTER.

7. When having to make a good/bad or moral decision—LISTEN TO YOUR HEART and the advice of your Mom.

8. Every single day of your life, try to help someone that has no way of repaying you..It will be your way of changing the world.

9. Find a Mentor; someone who has been there done that. positive influence.

10. Remember the day you were born, YOU CRIED and the world rejoiced. Live your life in such a way that when you die, the world will cry and you will rejoice.

11. Finally, remember, no one cares at all if you can or cannot dance, So just get up, have fun and dance, dance dance.
