Another encounter with Ella happened to a projectionist. He was in the projection booth putting the film together. When he had finished he left the booth, locked the door and started down the steps. He glanced down and in front of him were imprints of someone walking down the steps. At the next landing the imprints disappeared. The projectionist told me the hair on the back of his neck was standing straight out and he was terrified.

Ella was looking out for the building and keeping everyone on their toes.
