Letters to the Editor:

We will soon vote to build a new middle school. While the education and safety of our children is always the first concern, the quality of our schools has another important impact.

All growing and successful communities have growing and successful schools. To continue to attract new businesses, new industry and commerce to South Tama, we must be a desirable place to live and work. All young families look seriously at the local schools when deciding where to make their home. Good educational facilities show that we support our schools. We need a new building for our middle school students to prove that South Tama places education first.

Please vote yes for all three questions not just for STC Middle School students, but for the entire community, as well.
