ELBERON — The Elberon Area Women’s Club met Aug. 19 with six members present. The meeting was called to order by President Norma Riha. A report of the July meeting was given by Amanda and the financial report by Treasurer Doris Parizek.

They discussed contributing to the Sept. 28 bake sale that the Elberon Public Library has with its Fall Fest.

The group voted to have a bake sale with the Nov. 15 Elberon Fire and Rescue fish fry supper. The proceeds will go to the Elberon Public Library.

The plant watering schedule was made for the coming month.

The construction of the Elberon School bell project is still at a stand-still.
