Tama Co. Bookings and Arrests

Jan. 21 Larry Robert Prusha, 39, Green Mountain, was arrested at 105 East Carleton by the Toledo Police Dept on a warrant for failure to appear. Micahel Linn Wieben, 62, Clutier, was arrested at 2403 X Avenue by the TAma County Sheriff’s Dept. on a warrant for a sexual assault charge. He was released Jan. 21 on bond. Kadyn Pi’ikeaikalani Clark, 25, Toledo, was arrested at Green Street and High Street by the Toledo Police Dept. on charges including failure to obey stop signs, assault causing injury, interference with official act and criminal mischief 5th degree. Surrell Jade Youngbear, 24, Toledo, was arrested on State Highway 30 and State Highway 63 in Toledo by the Toledo Police Dept. for driving while barred. Jan. 22 Maynor Perez Castro, 19, Toledo, was arrested at 100 West High Street on two counts of violation of probation. He was released Jan. 23 on bond. Larry Robert Pursha, 39, Green Mountain, was arrested at 100 North Main Street by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. for violation of pretrial release condition. Jan. 23 Emma Garcia Lomas, 26, Tama, was cited by court at 107-1 East 3rd Street by the Tama Police Dept. for two counts of violation of a no contact order. Jan. 26 Shane Forrest Dugan Jones, 30, Knoxville was cited by court for two counts of violation of a no contact order. Jan. 27 Larry Robert Prusha, 39, Green Mountain, was charged with five counts of violation of a no contact order. Jan. 29 Peter Mendoza, 44, Iowa City, was arrested at North M Avenue and State Highway 30 by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. on charges including OWI-second offense, interference with official act, driving on the wrong side of a two way highway and open container. Shanelle Amber Bear, 31, Toledo was arrested at the 100 block of North Main Street by the Toledo Police Dept. on a second offense OWI charge. She was released Jan. 30 for pre-trial. Julio Cesar Argoth Salas, 23, Tama, was arrested at 214 West High Street by the Toledo Police Dept. on charges including first offense OWI, failure to give add/name change and operating non registered vehicle. He was released Jan. 30 to appear in court. Jan. 30 Joy Ellen Bitterlie, 44, Tama, was arrested at E66 and Highway 30 by the Tama Sheriff’s Dept. on a first offense OWI charge. She was released Jan. 30 on her own recognizance.
