Jan. 1

Gerardo Santiago Sanchez, 25, Toledo, was arrested at Red Earth Dr./State Hwy. 30 by Meskwaki Tribal Police on a charge of 1st offense OWI and speeding. He was released Jan. 1 on his own recognizance.

Jan. 2

Steven Bon Hernandez Schmidt, 37, Des Moines, was arrested at 1504 305th St. by Meskwaki Tribal Police on a charge of driving while barred and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released Jan. 3 on his own recognizance.

Jeremy Steven Smith, 39, Vinton, was arrested at 2nd Ave. and S. County Rd. by the Toledo Police Dept. on a charge of driving while barred.

Alvaro Munoz Gomez, 63, Cedar Rapids, was arrested at N. M. Ave. and State Hwy. 30 by the Tama Police Dept. on a charge of driving while barred.

Jan. 3

Prentiss R Wolf III, 33, Tama, was arrested at 1006 McClellan St. by the Tama Police Dept. on a warrant for a charge of 2nd offense domestic abuse and assault. He was released Jan. 4 on pre-trial.

David Sebasitan Riness, 24, Tama, was arrested at 503 Beautiful St. by the Tama Police Dept. on a charge of domestic abuse and assault with injury. He was released Jan. 4 on his own recognizance.

Jan. 4

Sue Lynn McCoy, 63, Marshalltown, was cited by court for a charge of theft in the 3rd degree.

Austin Lee Kriegel, 23, Marshalltown, was arrested at 113 Business Hwy. 30 W. by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. on charges including 1st offense OWI, improper registration plate lamp, provide proof liability, no valid drivers license.

Jenny Janye Baedke, 24, Iowa City, was arrested at State Hwy. 30 and State Hwy. 63 by the Toledo Police Dept. on charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jan. 5

Brooke Maree Hickman, 35, Beaman, was arrested at 1934 County Hwy. E 29 by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. on a warrant for a charge of driving under suspension. She was released Jan. 6 after pleading guilty.

Jan. 6

Leann Marie Rouse, 47, Toledo was arrested at 805 S. Broadway St. by the Toledo Police Dept. on a warrant for charges of two counts of theft in the 1st degree. She was released Jan. 7 on unsecured bond.
