Cristina Ann Hefler, 28, Union, was arrested by the Tama Police Dept. on charges of theft in the 3rd degree and three counts of forgery.
Elora Adriana Contreras, 24, Toledo, was arrested at the 1300 block S. County Rd. by the Toledo Police Depts. on a driving while barred charge.
Nov. 18
Serena Lea Jefferson, 25, Tama was arrested at 429 Northwood Dr. by Meskwaki Tribal Police on a warrant for a failure to appear. She was released Nov. 19 on bond.
Nov. 19
Joshua Dean Forrester, 31, Tama, was arrested at the marshall County Jail on a violation of probation charge. He was released Nov. 27 on bond.
Nov. 20
Riyanzinana Norbert, 19, Boone, was arrested at 30 Business Hway/Amwood Dr. by the Toledo Police Dept. on a warrant. She was released Nov. 20 on bond.
A juvenile was arrested at 120 West Village Rd by the Meskwaki Tribal Police on a 1st offense OWI.
Nov. 21
Cael Thomas Sawyer, 18, Montour, was arrested at 340th St/State Highway 63 by the Tama Police Dept. on a 1st offense OWI charge. He was released Nov. 21 on his own recognizance.
Jami Lea Jones, 43, Cedar Rapids, was arrested at 30 Business Hwy/B St. by the Toledo Police Dept. for a driving while barred charge and a warrant for a failure to appear.
Richard Alec Mitchel, 56, Fairfax, was arrested at 402 N County Rd by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. on a driving while barred charge.
Nov. 25
Kenneth Eugene Carroll III, 22, Waterloo, was arrested at 206 N. Main St. by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. on a warrant for a failure to appear. He was released Nov. 26 on his own recognizance.
Nov. 26
Eli Wells Stansbery, 33, Waterloo, was arrested at 115th St./VV Ave by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. on a 2nd offense OWI charge and driving under suspension charge. He was released Nov. 26 on his own recognizance.
Luis Ramirez Perez, 51, Toledo, was arrested at the 1900 block State Highway 30 by the Toledo Police Dept. on charges including 1st offense OWI, failure to maintain registration plates, speeding and provide proof of financial liability. He was released Nov. 27 on bond.
