Pinnacle Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Lisa Crouch to its staff as Customer Service Representative. Crouch is a graduate of South Tama and has most recently worked as a secretary for the Marshalltown Community School District.

Crouch serves as a “Big” with Big Brothers Big Sisters. She currently resides in her hometown, Tama, and has two daughters, Alexis and Kiera.

“I am excited to start with Pinnacle Bank and all my new coworkers in a town that means so much to me,” Crouch commented.

“I am excited to welcome Lisa as a member of our customer service department. She will be an asset to our team here at Pinnacle Bank,” said Tammy Kalinay, AVP/Branch Manager at Pinnacle Bank in Toledo.

Pinnacle Bank has been serving its customers since 1927, with locations in Marshalltown and Toledo.
