Jon Papakee, general manager- gaming at the Meskwaki Bingo Casino welcomes the members of the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission to the group’s January 4 meeting at the hotel-casino west of Tama-Toledo on the Meskwaki Settlement. While the Meskwaki Casino is a federally-licensed operation, Papakee told commissioners it conforms to all rules of Iowa gaming and appreciates the commission’s role.
