You can get a look at brand new apartments now ready for occupancy at rural Toledo this Saturday, Aug. 11 as Billie Dreeseman hosts a Sneak Preview Open House on paved 2840 K Avenue, about two miles northeast of Toledo. Four completed units will open for viewing.

Dreeseman has been busy for the past 18 months readying the first four of nine units, geared for seniors 55 age-plus, planned in the former Tama County Care Facility building.

There are one and two bedroom apartments, each complete with full kitchens and their own laundries, full baths with deluxe shower space and bath facilities and each unit has its own garage. The largest apartment features a total of 1,380 sq. ft.

The kitchens all will have new modern high-end appliances and plenty of cabinet storage space.

The complex is located on four acres with every unit having its own patio with sliding door access with views of the surrounding countryside.

Brand-new kitchens feature top-of-line appliances. All apartments also have their own laundry facilities.

Each apartment has gas, forced-air heat, central air and all have ceiling fans in each bedroom. All are well insulated and energy efficient.

There will be a total of three one-bedroom and eight-two bedroom units when all are ready for occupancy.

There will also be a 1,500 Sq. ft. commons area for residents to entertain groups of their own guests and other activities.

Additional storage space for tenants will also be offered.

Upon completion, every unit will have its own garage.

Joel and Tina Weber, with their son, Elijah, the first tenants of the Country View Place Apartments, are shown on the patio, a feature of every unit.
