T-N-T Holiday Explosion kicks off this Sunday- Nov. 11

The holiday season gets underway in Toledo and Tama on Sunday, Nov. 11 with a second day of events on Nov. 25. with the T-N-T Holiday Explosion sponsored by the T-T Area Chamber of Commerce.

Chamber Coordinator Cassie Sokol says there’s a full line up of activities for all ages and she’s sure local merchants will have surprises as well.

On Sunday, Nov. 11, ice sculptor Ron Dillavew will sources his craft at Wilkerson Hardware, 129 East High, Toledo, from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m.

A big Craft Show with nearly 20 vendors will be open from noon- 4 p.m. on the lower level of the Toledo Community building, 103 S. Church St.

A special Kids Story Hour will be featured at the Toledo Public Library, 205 E. High, beginning ta 1 p.m.

Kids Corner Daycare will salute veterans with a spaghetti supper from 5-7 p.m. on the lower level of the Toledo Community Building, 103, Church St. Veterans will receive half price meals.

Proceeds go to supplies for Kids Corner.

Sunday, Nov. 25

There will be a lots of holiday events on Nov., 25, with open houses at Tama-Toledo Chamber businesses, a free movie at the Wieting sponsored by Pioneer Hybrid, pictures with Santa and a chili supper sponsored by the STC Dance Team.

The popular Grand Lighted Parade will get underway at 6 p.m. in downtown Toledo.
