The descendants of the Clyde and Clara (Ehlers) Feisel met for their 39th annual Feisel family reunion on Sunday, July 30, 2017 at Toledo Heights Park. There were 85 in attendance.

A potluck was served at noon. The day was spent visiting and taking pictures of each generation. The children each received several toys and the adults a token gift. There was also the “Candy Guess Game” where everyone could guess how many pieces of candy were in three jars. The one who guessed the closest number received that jar of candy. There was a display of last year’s group pictures and pictures of new additions to the family. Also the family tree was displayed. Three births were recorded and one marriage. One death, June (Chmelik) Feisel, July 1, 2017.

On Saturday night, July 29, several of the family gathered at the Meskwaki Hotel where some were staying for a Pre-Reunion reunion. Snacks were served, games played and lots of visiting.

Next years reunion will be on July 29, 2018
