The 63rd annual Sokol reunion was held on July 10, 2016, at the Tama Civic Center. The Anna sokol Herink family was in charge. Lunch was held at noon followed by visiting afterwards. Ila Jean Yung won the door prize.

Those attending were: Richard Lenhart of Cllutier, Brock and Karen Rohrs, Braxten and Braylyn of Toledo, Sidney Sokol of Sunny Hill Care Center, Tama, Janelle Murty of Traer, Pearl Shanda of West Des moines, Chad Wiese of Clive, Olie Kremenak, Lillian Dostal, Ila Jean and Duane Yung, all of Clutier, Kathleen Brudage of Ely, Norma Fritch of Longsbury, Mich., David and Melissa Kremanek of Marengo, Ashlyn and Tyngley Christianson of Victor, Bud and Geraldine Wiese of Cedar Rapids, Jeanne Sebetka, Buddie and Delores Shaw and George and Suzanne Mohrfeld, all of Tama.

Next years reunion will be hosted by the Mary Sokol Riha family.
