South Tama boys basketball hosted Beckman Catholic on Friday, December 6.

The Trojans fell to Beckman 61-17. The Trailblazers held STC to just six points in the first half, leading 46-6 going into the third quarter.

The Trojans saw better offensive production in the second half. Their best quarter was in the third in which they scored seven points.

Tyrin Lasley led the Trojans offensively with six points. Eli Keahna had four rebounds.

The Trojans were 7-30 from field goal range. They had no three point attempts and were 2-6 from the free throw line.

Beckman’s leading scorer was senior Michael Keegan with 22 points. Keegan also led in rebounds with seven total.

The Trojans were home on Tuesday evening to host Marion (2-0).
