A special showing of the documentary “Unbranded” will take place at the Wieting on Wednesday July 6th. A free will donation is appreciated.

This documentary is a film about four men driving 16 wild horses 3,000 miles from Mexico to Canada.

Following the showing there will be a question and answer session with the filmmaker.

On to the Stoplight Festival and the dunk tank volunteers. I am informed that the tentative list so far is: Derek Campbell, Thys Chevy Toledo General Manager, Mayor Dave Svoboda, John Lloyd, City of Tama and a mystery person.

Come on everyone get your pitching arm in shape and let’s keep these people cooled off by dunking them.

The dunk tank will be on the north side of the courthouse square. Look for the light blue tank.
