We had a good attendance for the free movie last weekend with 812 coming over the 3 days. Thank you to all who attended.

Did you learn about the tradition of May Basket Day? The winner of the May Basket had the right answer and won the Basket which also contained a $10 bill.

The second night trivia question really challenged you. The date May 2, 19?? was when the Apple Recording label closed their doors. This was a product of “The Beatles”. A winner of $10 and the sack of fruit went to Jo who had the right answer.

Sunday night offered a challenge again. A can of Spam was on display. What did this pertain to?? – not WWII or the depression time either. The other kind of Spam – the word used by computer geeks. The anwer to “Cat’s” question about Spam was Iowa State University made the first working computer. The winner won the can of Spam plus $10.
