Letter to the Editor:

Kudos to the Toledo City Council for moving forward with plans to provide financial support for the Kids Corner Day Care program.

This program provides critical services for many families throughout Tama county. A dedicated and caring staff provide excellent supervision and wonderful educational experiences for the children. These are people who truly love children.

To lose this program would have been a great disservice to all our communities. Children are our future.

Thnak you, Toledo City Council, for investing in them.
