I have had this envisionment of a WELCOME sign for Toledo ever since i got into office. I think I finally came onto something recently when i came across this sign company at a city conference I attended.

I would like a finished project that is easy to maintain and still looks nice. I would like to not use any city funds to finance the project. I have a real big hopes that there is enough personal pride in town that it can be done on a donation type process. I have the sign which you can see at our website www.toledoia.com. Now I am looking for ideas for a nice background and landscaping, whether it be masonary, wood, etc.
