Crockpots and smiles galore, it was the annual Fall Soup Luncheon at the Toledo Public Library. From toddlers and babies to retirees, the luncheon was filled to the brim with hungry locals looking to have a slurp or two. As there was a chill breeze outside, many came inside and warmed up with laughs, conversation, and some good soup.
