Tama County Public Health and Home Care is grateful to be a recipient of a $1,000 grant from the American Legion of Iowa Foundation. The grant will support the agency’s rural health bridge project, which provides education and in home support services to maternal health families, low-income residents, and veterans throughout Tama County. Through this project, participants receive resources, education and support they need to improve their health, build independence, and safely remain in their homes for as long as possible.
