Woman arrested after high speed chase in Toledo
A woman was arrested on Tuesday, June 9, after allegedly leading Toledo Police Department officers on a chase that ended on the Midwest Sleep property.
Kathleen Amber Dolan, 34, allegedly fled from the Arrowhead Mobile Home Park in a vehicle at a high rate of speed after officers were dispatched there on a 911 call. From there, she led them through the park onto the recreational trail before exiting on to Business 30 through the Hrabak Lumber driveway and continuing to flee through the Midwest Sleep and Designer Inn properties. She was eventually apprehended at Midwest Sleep. Dolan had an active warrant out for her arrest in Tama County and was additionally charged with driving while barred, eluding pursuing law enforcement vehicle, operating vehicle without owner’s consent and possession of controlled substances second offense — all aggravated misdemeanors — as well as two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with official acts, reckless driving and trespass, all simple misdemeanors.
The Toledo police were assisted by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office and the Tama County 911 Communication Center.
