Local egg hunts offer an egg-cellent time

With Easter falling on Sunday, April 5, local youth have an invitation to multiple egg hunts around Tama-Toledo.

On Friday, April 3, at 2 p.m., Sunny Hill in Tama is hosting an egg hunt, children up to 10 years old are invited to hunt eggs while other activities will be available to all participants.

On Saturday April 4 at 1 p.m., 1st Presbyterian Church of Toledo is sponsoring an egg hunt on the North Courthouse lawn with ages 0-12 welcomed.

On Sunday April 5 from 9:30 to 11 a.m., Birkwood Village in Toledo is hosting their annual free egg hunt.

In a comment made to the News-Chronicle, the Easter Bunny has confirmed multiple appearances around town over the holiday weekend.
