Arrest Report — Tama County Jail

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

April 11

Fayth Marie Charity Barber, 32, of Waukee was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for OWI (1st offense), possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding. Barber was released on the same day under her own recognizance.

Darius James Hernandez, 24, of Waukee was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hernandez was released on the same day under his own recognizance.

Danyelle Ruthie Foos, 26, of Gladbrook was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for domestic abuse assault. Foos was released the next day for agreeing to appear in court on her own behalf.

Jamie W Garcia, 50, or Rock Island Illinois was arrested by the Meskwaki Tribal Police for public intoxication. Garcia was released the next day after pleading guilty.

April 12

Tanata Renee Macias, 48, of Marshalltown was arrested by the Meskwaki Tribal Police for violation of probation.

Falon Taris Kapayou, 22, of Tama was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for failure to appear in court and two counts of violation of conditional pretrial release. Kapayou was released on April 15 after being sentenced/released.

April 13

Justin Dean Prince, 38 of Toledo was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for assault resulting in bodily injury.

Colton John Kroeger, 21, of Toledo was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for disrupting a lawful assembly.

Christian Brandon Mason, 27 of Marshalltown was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department for violation of probation.

Willie Lee Bledsoe, 40 of Keystone was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for OWI (1st offense), driving while barred, driving under suspension and driving with a suspended license. Bledsoe was released the next day on his own recognizance.

April 14

Joanna Dawn Martinez, 37 of Toledo was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for violation of a domestic no contact order. Martinez was released the same day after pleading guilty.

Victor Ernest Hernandez Moreno, 21 of Marshalltown was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department on two counts of violation of probation, domestic assault resulting in bodily injury and violation of a domestic no contact order.

April 15

Kari Lynn Hildahl, 25 of Tama was arrested by the Toledo Police Department for OWI (1st offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hildahl was released the same day for agreeing to appear in court on her own.

Todd Jared Nemmers, 31 of Belle Plaine was arrested by the Tama Police Department for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Ronaldo Keahna, 18 of Tama was arrested by the Tama Police Department on a warrant for failure to appear in court. Keahna was released the next day on bond.

Shane Stephen Boeding, 35 of Marengo was arrested by the Meskwaki Tribal Police on a warrant. Boeding was released the same day on a surety bond.

April 17

Paul Dylan Phillips, 39 of Tama was arrested by the Tama Police Department for domestic assault resulting in bodily injury, non-injury child endangerment and obstruction of emergency communications. Phillips was released on April 18 for agreeing to appear in court on his own.

Renee Angela Cox, 59 of Toledo was arrested by the Toledo Police Department on two warrants for failure to appear in court. Cox was released on April 18 on a surety bond.
