Dec. 4

Richard DeWayne Stalker, 47, Traer, was arrested at QQ Ave and State Hwy. 8 by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. for driving with license revoked and violation of restricted license charges.

Marlena Inez Choneska, 44, Toledo, was arrested at 108 W. State St. by the Toledo Police Dept. on a warrant.

Dec. 5

Maria Del Carmen Kiebach, 48, Toledo, was arrested at 207 W. State Hwy. 30 by the Toledo Police Dept. for a domestic abuse assault with injury charge. She was released Dec. 5 on pre-trial.

Dec. 6

Jose Juan Hernandez, 45, Green Mountain, was arrested at Abbott Ave and County Hwy. E27 on a 1st offense OWI and driving under suspension charges. He was released Dec. 6 on his own recognizance.

Dec. 7

Sharissa Sue Zigler, 40, Tama, was arrested at 1006 McClellan St. by the Tama Police Dept. on a warrant for violation of a no contact order. She was released Dec. 7 on unsecured bond.

Cristian Edwardo Daniel Guerra, 27, Dallas, TX, was arrested at P Ave and State Hwy 30 by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. on 1st offense OWI and no valid drivers license charges. He was released Dec. 18 on time served.

Larry Robert Prusha, 38, Garwin, was arrested at 705 2N 4th St. on domestic abuse assault and disorderly conduct charges. He was released Dec. 8 for pre-trial.

Lisa Marie Elm, 40, Garwin was arrested at 705-2N 4th St. on a disorderly conduct charge.

Dec. 8

Donald Dale Fairbanks, 40, Grundy Center, was arrested at 107 North St. by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. on 1st degree harassment, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance charges. He was released Dec. 8 on bond.

Moises Baiza Carrasco III, 40, Ackley, was arrested at 100 W. High St. by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant.

David Guy Sheppard, 51, Gladbrook, was arrested at the 400 block of 2nd St. by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office for a public intoxication charge. He was released Dec. 9 after pleading guilty.

A juvenile was arrested at 1887 295th St. by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a 1st offense OWI charge.

Dec. 9

Robert James Morgan, 32, Toledo was arrested at 300th St and N. County Rd. by the Toledo Police Dept. on a warrant and driving under suspension charge. He was released Dec. 10 after pleading guilty.

Joshua Dean Forrester, 31, was arrested at 100 N. Main St. by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. for violating probation and violation of pretrial release.

Todd Alan Kearney, 52, Gladbrook, was arrested at 1559 State Hwy 96 by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept on a 1st offense OWI charge.

Dec. 12

Adrea Mae McKiernan, 38, Traer, was arrested at 702 2 St. by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. on a warrant and for driving with a license denied/revoked. She was released Dec. 12 on bond.

Ina L Howard, 40, Milwaukee, Wi, was arrested at 1504 305th St. by the Meskwaki Tribal Police on charges including possession of contraband in a correctional facility, criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct. She was released Dec. 13 on bond.

Dec. 13

Byron Lee Moritz, 21, Toledo, was arrested at 201 E. State St. by the Toledo Police Dept. on a warrant. He was released Dec. 16 for sentencing.

Sky Joseph Ankrum, 34, Traer, was arrested at 2597 210th St. by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. on domestic abuse and assault and child endangerment charges.

Willy Ramon Ozorio Ramos, 25, Aberdeen SD, was arrested at 207 W. State Hwy 30 by the Toledo Police Dept. on 3rd degree harassment and criminal mischief charges. He was released Dec. 16 on bond.

Dec. 17

Christopher Lee Cungtion Jr., 28, Cedar Rapids, was arrested at 100 N Monai St by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. for assault causing bodily injury and simple assault.

Bobbi Jo Simmons, 41, Marengo, was arrested at V18 Hwy/UU Ave. by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. for charges including 1st offense OWI, driving without a license, child endangerment, failure to maintain control and provide proof of financial liability.
