The library is here for you with great upcoming programs and events. Get these interesting and educational happenings posted to your spring calendar.
Water Harvesting with Master Gardener Intern B.J. Reed. Held on Tuesday, March 12 at 6:30 p.m.
Story Time is held on Wednesday, March 20 at 10:30.
Special Movie Event for kids will be held on Friday, March 22 from 2 3:30 p.m. Popcorn and a snack will be served. Call to sign up by March 21st to 484-3362.
Professional Photographer Ty Smedes will present Return of Iowa’s Bald Eagles on Tuesday, March 26 at 6:3 p.m.. Call to register for this program by March 25.
The library will be celebrating National Library Week April 7 13 with several fun, interesting and educational events taking place.
Evie Haupt will be visiting the library to present Barn Quilts of Grundy County on Tuesday, April 9 at 6:30 p.m.
In Art Lab, we will be creating Easter egg wreaths.Art Lab is for kids in grades 1st through 5th and will be held on Wednesday, April 10 at 2:45 p.m.
The library will hold two Bingo programs for adults on Thursday, April 11, from 10:30 11:30 and another session from 2 3 p.m.
We will then hold a session for kids on Thursday, April 11th from 3:45 -4:15 p.m.
Open Craft Lab will be held on Friday, April 12th from 10:30-12:00 for everyone.
During National Library Week, the library will be giving away bookmarks and book bags to those who check out.
