Jan. 12

1:15 a.m.- Christian McCall Kelsey 22, rural Gladbrook, charged in the 200 block of South County Road with driving under suspension by Toledo Police. Released at 9:20 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Jan. 13

8 a.m.- Daniel Yerena-Morales, 25, Marshalltown, arrested at the Polk County Jail, Des Moines on two warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 8 p.m. on surety bond.

10 a.m.- Juan Manuel Gonzalez-Cisneros, 21, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 2:20 p.m. after posting cash bond.

12:31 p.m.- Sara Jo Fountain, 35, Belle Plaine, arrested the 2100 block of U.S. Highway 30 on a warrant for failure to appear by the Iowa Stare Patrol. Released at 3:55 p.m.

4:46 p.m.- David Allen Buhrman, 18, Toledo arrested at West 13th and McClellan streets on charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Tama Police. Released on Jan. 14 at 11:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Jan. 15

1:04 p.m.- Gabriel Louis Garcia, 18, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of 3rd degree criminal mischief by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

5:30 p.m.- Kevin Sean McKiernan, 35, Traer, arrested at Covenant Hospital, Waterloo, on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Jan. 16

9:40 a.m.- Rebecca Lynn Benson, 33, Grinnell, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse, Toledo, on a warrant for failure ot appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 3:30 p.m. on surety bond.

3:47 p.m.- Rean Allen Webb, 22, rural Garwin, charged with 2nd degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. His attorney made an initial court appearance.

4:21 p.m.- Carlos Bolanos-Sanchez, 40, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of violation of a no contact order – contempt by Tama Police. Released on Jan. 26 at 8 a.m. after pleading guilty.

7:19 p.m.- David Allen Rutledge, 46, Dysart, arrested in the 300 block of Lincoln street on a charge of 3rd degree harassment by Dysart Police. Released om Jan. 17 at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
