April 23

12:20 a.m.- Scott Charles Mauritzen, 44, Toledo, arrested in the 1800 block of Tama County Road E49, Tama, on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving, vehicle insurance violation and failure ot maintain control of vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1 p.m.- Kiedis Dayton Old Bear, 24, rural Tama, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, for violation of parole by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:07 p.m.- Rose Marie Livingston, 31, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1300 block of Iowa Highway 96, Gladbrook, on charges of driving while barred, driving under suspension, fraudulent use of registration, vehicle insurance violation, and two warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 24 at noon on personal recognizance bond.

April 24

10:40 a.m.- Seger Tyrone Brown, 38, rural Montour, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton Street on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Police. Released at 2:05 p.m. on surety bond.

Juvenile arrested in the 500 block of Hall Street on a charge of 2nd degree theft by Tama Police. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

April 25

10 .m.- Kathy Jo Overland, 57, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of set High Street on a charge of violation of a no contact / domestic order by Toledo Police.

April 26

1:24 a.m.- Dana Michael Graff, 36, Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of Park Street on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Tama Police. Released at 3:41 a.m. on surety bond.

12:40 p..m- Rachelle Ann McFatridge, 27, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:13 p.m.- Brandie Renee Butterfield, 32, Montour, arrested in the 100 block of East Broad Street, Montour, on a charge of abandonment / neglect of a dependent person and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
