(DES MOINES) Lastweek, State Rep. Dean Fisher (R-Garwin) welcomed International students from Kyrgyzstan, Serbia, Ghana, and Nigeria, to the Iowa House of Representatives. The students were visiting the Capitol to talk to legislators about exchange student program and the American Councils for International Education.
