State Rep. Dean Fisher R-Garwin

(DES MOINES)-Rep. Dean Fisher (R-Garwin) is encouraging area students to apply for the Iowa Legislative Page program. Each year the Iowa House of Representatives and the Iowa Senate employ Iowa high school juniors and seniors to serve as Pages for the legislative session which begins in January.

“I hope area students will apply to serve as Legislative Pages. It is a worthwhile opportunity for students to gain real world experiences,” said Rep. Fisher.
