Tama Mayor Dan Zimmerman has declared a snow emergency for the City of Tama from noon on Monday, Jan. 5, 2014- 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 7.

Under a snow emergency no vehicle can be parked or abandoned or designated snow routes (violators are subject to tow).

The designated routes are:

Harding from 5th to 13th Street

Park Street from 3rd to 13th Street

9th Street from Business Highway 30 to Washington Street

5th Street from Business Highway 30 to John Street
