Nov. 14

5:52 p.m.- Jeremy William Frye, 21, Waterloo/Marshalltown, arrested at Hwy. 30 and 13th St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of drunken driving, possession of controlled substances premises-vehicle-dwelling, possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Released Nov. 15 at 10:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

6:45 p.m.- Tyrone Omar Roberts, 38, Marshalltown, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released Nov. 15 at 11:40 a.m. after pleading guilty.

2 p.m.- Rogelio Guevara Jr., 19, Marshalltown, arrested at Marshall County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear.

5:06 p.m.- Tiara Jean Roberts, 19, Tama, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant. She was also arrested by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of simple assault.

Nov. 16

2:15 p.m.- Thereasa Teeann Gragg-Paffel, 50, Tama, arrested at Tama County Sheriff’s Office by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released Nov. 17 at 11:20 a.m. on unsecured bond.

6:26 p.m.- Guadalupe Pesina, 33, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshalltown Residential Facility on an arrest warrant and violation of a no contact-protective order. Released Nov. 17 at 10:35 a.m. on unsecured bond.

9 p.m.- Brandi Marie Kriegel, 35, Traer, arrested in Traer by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant and the charges of conspiracy and 1st degree theft. Released Nov. 17 at 10:40 a.m. on pre-trial release.

9:21 p.m.- Terri Lynn Mayo, 56, Toledo, arrested at 2100 block 270th St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant and the charges of conspiracy and theft in the 1st degree, Released Nov. 17 at 11:50 a.m. on pre-trial release.

Nov. 17

10:48 a.m.- Tama County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 15 year old male juvenile on the charges of simple assault and harassment 3rd.

5:30 p.m.- Milo Buffalo Jr., 53, Tama, arrested at 200 block Deerfield Crossing by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on a warrant for failure to appear. Released Nov. 18 at 1:45 p.m. on pre-trial release.

Nov. 19

9:45 a.m.- William Wayne Jefferson, 47, Montour, arrested at Tama County Courthouse by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released Nov. 20 at 11:10 a.m. after serving time.

3 p.m.- Mark Lee Shatto, 41, Nevada, arrested at Dallas County by Toledo Police on an arrest warrant and 5th degree theft. Released Nov. 20 at 11:20 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Nov. 20

2:04 a.m.- Cali Renee Sagar, 21, Marshalltown, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of drunken driving. Reelased at 12 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

3:08 a.m.- Amanda Jacquelyn Collins, 23, Tama, arrested at Hwy. 30 and Red Earth Dr. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of drunken driving. Released at 1:25 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
