Humane Society auction event is Sunday

TAMA NEWS-HERALD -Bidding will be open and lunch will be served for the annual Tama County Humane Society silent auction. The event takes place at the Bluegrass Cafe building in downtown Tama.
Something for everyone is offered -pizza to haircuts and gift cards with more than 100 items in all donated by area businesses.
The fund raising event provides a major source of support for the Humane Society efforts.
There’s currently a number of dogs and cats being housed at the shelter in need of good homes.
