Sept. 21

8:25 a.m.- Jennifer Lynn Kauffman, 39, Victor, arrested at Tama County Sheriff’s Office by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant and by Toledo Police on the charge of 5th degree theft. Released at 10:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.

12:12 p.m.- Corey Duane Thompson, 32, Victor, arrested at Poweshiek County Jail by Toledo Police on an arrest warrant and 3rd degree theft. Released Sept. 22 at 10:10 a.m. on pre-trial release.

7:39 p.m.- Michael Lee Swanson, 56, Toledo, arrested in Toledo by Toledo Police on an arrest warrant for failure to appear. Released at 10:25 p.m. on surety bond.

Sept. 22

4 p.m.- Anne Marie Potter, 41, Waterloo, arrested at Waterloo Residential Facility by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant for violating terms of probation.

4:30 p.m.- Roy Henson, 50, Traer, arrested at Tama County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of parole-probation violation.

7:30 p.m.- Gretchen Lanae Maifeld, 34, Beaman, arrested at Marshall County Jail by Toledo Police on two arrest warrants, two charges of 3rd degree theft and ongoing criminal intent and by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of 5th degree theft. Released Sept. 23 at 10:40 a.m. on pre-trial release.

Sept. 23

2:06 a.m.- Ronald Lee Mimby, 48, Chelsea, arrested in Chelsea by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of harassment. Released at 11:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.

2:44 p.m.- Leandra Larae Haughey, 27, Tama, arrested at Tama County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant.

4:50 p.m.- Mindy Marie Vore, 31, Toledo, arrested in Toledo by Toledo Police on the charge of domestic abuse assault. Released Sept. 24 at 9 a.m. on unsecured bond.

Sept. 24

5:10 a.m.- Troy Scott Warner, 39, Berwick, Iowa, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of criminal trespass. Released at 9:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.

7:55 p.m.- Taimah Duncan, 21, Toledo, arrested at Hwy. 30 and T47 by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of driving while barred. Released Sept. 25 at 10:50 a.m. on cash bond.

9:23 p.m.- Rheannon Marie Seeman, 27, Dysart, arrested by Dysart Police on the charge of driving while barred.

Sept. 26

1:18 a.m.- Joseph Michael McCall, 23, Evansdale, arrested at 2100 block Hwy. 63 by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of driving while license revoked and driving while license suspended.

6:27 a.m.- Daniel Shane Warnell, 30, Marshalltown, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of criminal trespass. Released at 10:05 a.m. after pleading guilty.

1:46 p.m.- Carlos Sabas Ramirez, 47, Pleasant Hill, arrested at Tama County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant.

5:39 p.m.- Jose Manuel Trevino-Ventura, 45, Hastings, Neb., arrested at 100 block 3rd St. by Tama Police on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released Sept. 27 at 9:40 a.m. after pleading guilty.

8:03 p.m.- The Tama Police arrested a 14 year old female juvenile in Tama on the charge of simple assault.

Sept. 28

12:29 a.m.- Michael Jay Rowan, 33, Dysart, arrested in Dysart by Dysart Police on the charge of assault without intent. Released at 11:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
