First Stoplight Festival plans underway

Toledo Council memberTravis Mullen presented some computer generated photos(including one above) of the stoplight in various colors. The council voted 5-0 to paint both the light and base red.

TOLEDO CHRONICLE – The first ‘Toledo Stoplight Festival’ will be held July 9, from 5 – 8 p.m.

Activities planned for the evening are: BBQ contest, food vendors, art vendors, farmer’s market, kids attractions (bouncy castle, nickel scramble, fire dept. water fights), and more.

Featured entertainment will be:5:15-6:15 p.m. Four Happy Chaps- local musicians Clyde Purk, Jeremiah Murphy, Joe Murphy, and Joe Rebik playing a mix of jazz and blues

6:15-8 p.m. Mr. Baber’s Neighbors: The Solar String Band-
