Meskwaki, Inc. has announced its subsidiary Red Earth Real Estate has purchased property adjacent to Wandering Creek Golf Course and has planned a 52-unit luxury townhome development.

The 11.3-acre site named Eagle View, is located at 233rd St and Eagle Ridge Drive in Marshalltown. The 2 bedroom single-story townhomes have main level finish of over 1,650 square feet and include a 2 car garage. The homes will be priced from the low $200,000s, and each unit includes a 192 square-foot covered deck according to the firm.
