The Tama meatpacking operation has revised it’s name to “Iowa Premium” Jeffrey Johnson, CEO, told The Chronicle and News-Herald last week.

The change, dropping “Beef” – “so there is no confusion between us and one of our competitors” Johnson said in an email.
