Seeking survey responses to area transportation needs
MARSHALLTOWN-The Region 6 Planning Commission in Marshalltown is conducting a Transportation Needs Assessment in partnership with the Iowa Department of Transportation (IDOT) now through January 5, 2015. There are two surveys available online. The consumer survey is open to all residents and property owners in Hardin, Marshall, Poweshiek and Tama counties. Respondents will have the opportunity to rate the quality of existing passenger transportation services, as well as provide input on current and future transit planning needs. Main St. in Marshalltown, or by calling (641) 752-0717.
The agency survey is open to all agencies/service providers that provide transportation for their clients, or whose clients have transportation needs.
