The Tama Toledo Area Chamber of Commerce is introducing a new volunteer recognition program.
The chamber will be recognizing individuals who support the Chamber of Commerce by using leadership skills to support the chamber, communities and its events. The selfless commitments and efforts being demonstrated by our volunteers are always recognized throughout the year however at our annual meeting each November, we would like to honor certain individuals who go above and beyond the expectations.
This year, the Chamber of Commerce honored Natalie Wesely. Natalie is the daughter of Mark and Janet Wesely of Toledo.
Natalie is a junior at South Tama County High School and is currently involved in Color Guard and tennis.
For the past four years, every third Saturday in September, Natalie has committed her morning to volunteering her time helping the registration booth at the car show.
In addition to that, she also helped man the Chamber booth at the trick or treat trail and also is helping to assemble gingerbread houses for the Holiday Explosion event.
Natalie is always willing and able to help out as much as needed, and does it with a smile on her face.
Thank you again, Natalie Wesely and congratulations.
