TOLEDO – The Tama County Historical Society will host a program on local wildlife on Wednesday, March 8, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the society’s genealogy library at 200 N. Broadway St., Toledo.

Tama County Conservation officer Brett Reece will present information on the various wildlife species native to Tama County both before and after the arrival of European settlers.

This program is free and open to the public.

The museum and library will resume regular hours beginning Wednesday, March 1. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 1-4:30 p.m. For more information about upcoming historical society programming, visit www.tamacountyhistory.org.
