Engineer Lyle Brehm reported the following to the Council:

– T-47 is open again, and surveyors will restore section corners and property pins soon.

– Ditches are being restored on 270th St. to F Ave.

– Establishment of a ditch on 320th west of O Ave. and widening of the lane with super-elevation to create an embankment to help keep people on the road. The rock will be laid down on Friday, September 30th.

Council signed a Windstream Utility Permit to run cabling under the roads at the intersection of E66 and V18 near Chelsea.

The Council approved the USCI Quote for Fiberoptic Services for the locate places. Funds for the initial project will come from the ARPA with ongoing annual payments of $2,500 for service fees.
