Arrest Report for 9/15 – 9/21

Thursday, September 15th

Jamison Allyn Wyatt, 28, of Traer, was arrested for driving while barred by the Tama Co. Sheriff’s Dept. in Traer. He was released on September 16th on his own recognizance.

Misty Marie Weida, 47, of Traer, was issued an out-of-county state warrant and was arrested by Tama Co. Sheriff’s Dept. in Toledo.

Garrett Michael Hauersperger, 21, of Clutier, had his driver’s license revoked for an OWI and was arrested by the Tama Co. Sheriff’s Dept. in Tama. He was released on September 16th on his own recognizance.

Pedro Antonio Perez-Perez, 43, of Tama, was arrested for 2nd offense OWI, driving under suspension, violation of permit to operate a vehicle with suspended registration, failure to provide proof of financial liability, operating a non-registered vehicle, and open container by the Toledo Police Dept. in Toledo. He was released on September 16th on pre-trial release.

Friday, September 16th

Jesus Ernesto Flores Silva, 18, of Tama, was arrested for a 1st offense OWI by the Tama Police Dept. in Tama.

Jonathan Cabral Rodriguez, 38, of Marshalltown, was arrested for violating two counts of probation by the Tama Co. Sheriff’s Dept. in Toledo.

Ameiah Prettysoundingflute, 18, of Tama, was arrested for public intoxication and 5th-degree theft under $300 by the Toledo Police Dept. in Toledo. She was released on September 17th on her own recognizance.

David Michael Evans, 40, of Parkersburg, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant by the Tama Co. Sheriff’s Dept. in Toledo. He was released on September 17th on his own recognizance.

Summer Dawn Wood, 45, of Waterloo, was issued a warrant and arrested for unauthorized credit card usage and 2nd-degree theft of $1,500 to $10,000 by the Tama Co. Sheriff’s Dept. in Traer. She was released on September 17th on a pre-trial release.

Saturday, September 17th

Narissa Jo Banks, 40, of Tama, was arrested for public intoxication by the Tama Co. Sheriff’s Dept. in Montour. She was released on September 17th with the promise to appear.

David Michael Evans, 40, of Parkersburg, was issued an out-of-county state warrant by the Tama Co. Sheriff’s Dept. in Toledo.

Scott Charles Mauritzen, 49, of Toledo, was arrested for 3rd-offense OWI, failure to provide proof of financial liability, failure to use headlamps, and failure to yield to a vehicle on the right by the Toledo Police Dept in Toledo. He was released on September 18th on his own recognizance.

Vincent James Martinez, 29, of Tama, was arrested for 1st offense OWI, driving under suspension, improper rear lamps, 1st, 2nd & 3rd-degree possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, knowingly keeping controlled substances on-premise, and failure to provide proof of financial liability by the Toledo Police Dept. in Toledo. He was released on September 18th with the promise to appear.

Monday, September 19th

James N. Bullshoe, 30, of Tama, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of no contact order by the Tama Police Dept. He pled guilty and was released on September 19th.

Nicholas James Cowan, 31, of Eldora, was issued a warrant and arrested for a 1st offense OWI by Meskwaki Tribal Police in Tama. He was released on September 19th on his own recognizance.

David Dwayne Milligan, 62, of Des Moines, was issued a warrant and arrested for 1st, 2nd & 3rd-degree possession of controlled substances by Meskwaki Tribal Police in Tama. He was released on September 20th on bonded surety.

Jeremy Andrew Matney, 47, of Toledo, was arrested for three counts of indecent exposure masturbation in the presence of a child by the Tama Co. Sheriff’s Dept. in Traer. He was released on September 20th on his own recognizance.

Derrick Ronald Weuve, 51, of Marengo, was arrested for a 2nd offense OWI, reckless driving, and an open container by the Toledo Police Dept. in Toledo. He was released on September 20th on his own recognizance.

Macey Lynn Wignall, 29, of Gladbrook, was arrested for a forgery felony, unauthorized credit card use up to $1,500, and 3rd-degree burglary of a vehicle by the Tama Co. Sheriff’s Dept. in Toledo.

Wednesday, September 21st

Barbara Ann Brock-Streeter, 56, of Cedar Falls, was arrested for a 1st offense OWI, violent disorderly conduct, and 1st offense trespassing by the Tama Co. Sheriff’s Dept. in Buckingham.

Annel Meraz Leyva, 22, of Toledo, was arrested for abandonment & neglect of dependant persons, false imprisonment, and 1st-degree domestic assault resulting in bodily injury by the Toledo Police Dept. in Toledo.
