Iowa State Auditor Rob Sand.

Iowa Auditor of State Rob Sand announced earlier this week his plan to hold a town hall gathering in Tama County.

The meeting is open to the public and will take place from 1:45-2:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 10 at the courthouse lawn in Toledo.

Sand has been visiting Iowa county seats during a town hall tour throughout 2021. Last year he held a virtual town hall for Tama County residents.

Those interested in attending are encouraged to bring a lawn chair and any questions they may have about the Iowa Auditor’s Office. Sand will give a brief update on the work of the Auditor’s Office and will finish out the town hall with a Q&A session.
